Skip Hop was founded in 2003 by Ellen and Michael Diamant, two new parents residing in New York City. Ellen, a former design executive in the fashion and publishing industries, and Michael, an internet entrepreneur, sought to create a line of products suitable for urban parents. In the same year, they created the world's first diaper bag that converted into a stroller bag. The Diamants continued to expand their collection to include a wide range of diaper bags and baby accessories.

Loved the modern design as I didn't want cutesy animals, nor did I want the typical blue stuff for a boy. This set washed nicely and fit perfectly in the new crib. Only wish the ties for the bumper were a bit longer (I think most bumpers have the same problem). So they are tied in knots, instead of bows. But, the colors are perfect,it's fun, and modern! Definitely recommend!

Bought this bedding to use in my newborn son's nursery -- love the primary colors, particularly the red. It is unlike a lot of other pastel baby bedding and doesn't have a whole bunch of animals or sports stuff, which I find distracting. I find that the bedding set itself is slightly faded looking compared to the accessories (the super soft blanket, the pillows, and the lamps). The bumper seems a bit cheap to me but really it is in line with a lot of other baby bedding (some much more expensive) that I viewed. It is okay and overall I feel like this is good quality for a good price in comparison to what else is on the market -- but I find what is on the market to be rather disappointing. [...]

We love this set! It is a little different from what you find in the stores so you have something a little unique. Our baby isn't born yet so I don't know how it will hold up but the quality feels great. We don't know what we are having so it is the perfect modern baby set for either a boy or a girl. We have all of the accessory pieces and are happy with the look of them all.

I was nervous when I ordered this bedding because I had read that it wasn't a "true" white. My crib is white and so is the glider and bookshelf. It looks great! It isn't as bright white as the furniture but because it is a fabric it looks just fine. We love it!

This set looks great in my crib, and complements my nursery perfectly. I can't wait to bring my little guy home to it! It's especially great becasue it works well with so many different colored accesories. I also like that it comes with a comfortable, and can therefore be used with the toddler bed! An overall fantastic product!
