In May 2004, J.B. Schneider and Antonio Turco-Rivas set out to start a company, doing what they love and involving their families in that experience. Comments about P'kolino Toddler Bed in White:

My husband and I are designers, and spent a lot of time looking at furniture for our 3-yr old, but we were put off by the expense associated with a lot of the modern children's brands that are out there. This bed is great looking, and sturdy, and comfortable for our son. If he outgrows it in any way in the next couple of years, we will feel ok about turning it into a chair or letting it go because we will not have broken the bank to furnish his room.
